No forms on this site send data to us. The email sign-up forms are shown as "coming soon" and are switched off. We'll update this notice, including who we are and how to contact us, before any sign-up goes live.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies, so there's no cookie banner. If we ever add a cookie that isn't strictly necessary, we'll ask for your consent first.

Links to other websites (for example software providers or GOV.UK) take you to sites with their own privacy and cookie policies.

Analytics

We don't use any analytics or tracking. If we add analytics in future, it will be cookieless, and we'll update this notice first.

Our free tools and downloads

The MTD checker runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to us or stored. The deadline calendar, checklist and spreadsheet template are static files.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver and secure the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses and request details in its logs, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. We don't use these logs to identify visitors.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights over your personal data, including the right of access. Because we don't currently collect personal data, we don't hold any about you. For data in Cloudflare's logs, see Cloudflare's privacy policy. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We'll update this page before anything changes, for example before email sign-up or analytics go live, and show the date at the top.
